All new tile and plumbing with Kohler and Grohe fixtures as well as the new baseboards. The existing hardwood floors in the hallway and 4 bedrooms were sanded, re-stained and sealed. Interior doors and hardware were replaced. The fabulous master suite brings this house up to current standards by adding a master bathroom with two sinks and two large walk in closets. Recessed lighting in the master bedroom and bathroom area provide plenty of light. Tile floors, Bertch cabinetry and Kohler fixtures complete the bathroom. The laundry room has been moved from the first floor to this level to make weekly chores just a little more convenient. All this on a fabulous private 1.2 acre level lot that backs up to a protected wood area.
